Union Village is located in the heart of Warren County, Ohio. While Union Village residents can reach many of their daily destinations within a 10-minute walk, I-75 is just two miles away, making it the perfect place for commuters to call home. Cincinnati is just a 35-minute drive south and Dayton, Ohio is a 30-minute drive to the north. The Dayton International Airport and Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport are both within an hour’s drive.
Turtlecreek Township is governed by three elected trustees and provides roads, fire and EMS services. The Township is centrally located in Warren County, surrounding the county seat of Lebanon, Ohio.
If access to high-quality public education is important to your family, you’ll like Union Village. Our community is served by Lebanon City Schools, offering diverse academic programs, innovative staff, and newer facilities.
In addition to many green gathering spaces, Union Village is walking distance to Warren County Sports Park and Armco Park. The County’s park district offers more than 1,600 acres of parks and natural areas with free access. There are six golf courses located in close proximity to Union Village.
The Lebanon Public Library offers 150,000 items and a technology center with 16 public computers, free wifi and an outdoor workspace.

There are dozens of hospitals and outpatient clinics located in close proximity to Union Village. Some of the nearest services include Otterbein Senior Living, Atrium Medical Center, and TriHealth Bethesda Arrow Springs.
POLICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Union Village is protected primarily by Warren County Sheriff’s Office. The department provides many non-emergency services including vacation house checks, prescription drug collection and background checks.
DINING, SHOPPING & ENTERTAINMENT

Historic downtown Lebanon, Ohio is a great destination to find unique gifts or antiques and eat and drink.
Cincinnati Premium Outlets in Monroe, Ohio provides an outdoor shopping experience with 100 stores, located within minutes of Union Village.
Kings Island offers some of the world’s best amusement rides, including more than nine miles of roller coasters, award-winning Planet Snoopy for kids and a water park with 36 slides.
Miami Valley Gaming is a great place to watch live harness racing as well as simulcast. The racino also has 1,800 gaming machines. live music and four restaurants.
The historic Lebanon Mason Monroe Railroad departs from downtown Lebanon with themed experiences like craft beer or wine and cheese trains. LM&M Railroad is also a fun way to celebrate holidays with children with experiences such as the Easter Bunny Express.
Just one exit south on I-75, Liberty Center is a shopping destination with eclectic dining options, a movie theater and much more.
