IN THE NEWS: Construction has started

Work is underway to develop the infrastructure of Union Village, a planned new urban development of 1,230 acres in Turtlecreek Township, Ohio (Warren County). The master plan includes up to 4,500 residential units and up to 1 million square feet of commercial space including retail, restaurants and business offices.

“It’s going to be great for Warren County and southwestern Ohio,” state senator Steve Wilson, R-Maineville said to Dayton Daily News. “It’s a whole different concept on how to live and work and play”
