New urbanists strive to create places that enrich, uplift and inspire the human spirit. It’s accomplished by using the 10 principles of new urbanism.

In its unique way, Union Village will join the ranks of new urbanist communities such as Watercolor in Florida or Norton Commons in Kentucky. It’s a project unlike any other in southwest Ohio, already earning recognition as an award-winning master plan.

Future residents of Union Village will value the same principles we employ to build it: walkability, quality architecture, sustainability, etc. We will simply create the place, they will make it a home.
