IN THE NEWS: Restaurants and Offices Planned for Union Village

In addition to 30 homes, the first phase of construction at Union Village this fall will include a 22,500 square foot office building, as reported by Dayton Daily News .

The building will contain corporate offices for Otterbein SeniorLife, which is currently located across Ohio 741. A restaurant, bank and Union Village corporate offices may also utilize the space.

Future residents of Union Village will have walkable access to the building as well as parks and civic spaces planned for the new urban development.
