Featured Homebuilder: Generations Construction

Generations Construction is a fourth generation homebuilder and among the first to break ground in the first phase at Union Village.

Brothers Jeff and Ken Grisez founded Generations Construction in 1997 to create an enjoyable homebuilding experience for Miami Valley families. Now, they are part of the Union Village Guild.

“If you’re a young family this is an opportunity to meet other young families and watch your kids grow together,” said Generations Construction Partner Jeff Grisez. “If you are an empty nester this is an opportunity to still be surrounded by community. We’re excited about the opportunity to have family members of different generations be close to each other with different types of home styles available.”

Construction of Union Village’s first homes, as well as a 22,500 square foot commercial building, began in January 2020. The 1,230-acre, award-winning planned community is based on the 10 Principles of New Urbanism, which include walkability, sustainability, and other values that make the development unique to southwest Ohio.
