Construction Underway on 22,500 Square Foot Building at Union Village

Construction has started on the Union Building, a three-story cornerstone to the unique Union Village development on Ohio 741 in Warren County. The 22,500-square foot building is designed to provide space for a restaurant, bank and corporate offices.

“Union Village residents will walk to the Union Building to check their mail, meet for coffee and enjoy both indoor and outdoor dining options,” said Union Village Project Manager Matt Obringer. “The restaurant will also draw patrons from neighboring communities and Warren County Sports Park.”

Construction is also starting soon on the first 30 homes at Union Village. Ten custom home builders from Cincinnati and Dayton have been selected to be part of the project. Interested homebuyers should start by completing a brief questionnaire.
