Union Village Provides the Perfect Place to Work from Home

As working from home becomes part of the “new normal” in the COVID-19 era, homebuilders are finding ways to accommodate the need for home office space. According to one survey, nearly 43 percent of full-time American employees want to work from home more often, even after the economy has reopened.

If that space is outgrown, the bonus room above the garage will provide a nice upgrade. The Florence by Brookstone Homes also has a small private office, located on the first floor.

Large Offices

Studios, home libraries or larger in-home operations require more space, which can be found in many Union Village floorplans. Basements, bonus rooms and even over-the-garage suites provide great options for a resident needing a large home office. The Rosedale by Ashford Homes has an optional finished basement with a large room that can be used a private office. If a second floor office is preferred, The Bradford by Berkey Custom Homes provides great options.
