Update: A Sense of Community Starts at Union Village
/Union Village Square came alive for the first time in late July as people gathered for the first Music on Market Street event.
“It was really great to see that sense of community starting to happen,” said Project Manager Matt Obringer. “That’s what it’s all about.”
Music on Market Street is planned for the fourth Fridays of July, August and September. The next event is August 27 and features jazz music by Bright Moments Trio.
Obringer said that two townhomes have sold and a model townhome has been completed. With Dayton Homearama:Lifestyle Edition just two months away, there will not be any open houses. Private showings are available by calling Union Village Realty at (513) 409-3190. All homes under construction, including Homearama homes, are for sale.
Union Village Realty, 3855 Lower Market Street, is open throughout the week and Saturday and Sunday noon to 4 p.m.
