Update: Home Construction Heats Up Ahead of Homearama
/Construction of four new homes have “gone vertical” in the past month, with plans to start more.
“A lot of good progress,” said Union Village Project Manager Matt Obringer. “We’re right on schedule for Homearama.”
At The Townes of Union Village, Simms Development will complete both a model and market home in the next month. Prospective buyers are invited to visit and choose finishes to complete their own townhome to their taste.
In addition to Dayton Homearama: Lifestyle Edition in October, the Union Village team is planning several events and opportunities for people to visit the community. The Union Village calendar displays Music on Market Street, the Farmstand and other events.

Union Village is a new community under construction in Turtlecreek Township, Ohio.
