Update: Preparations Underway for Homearama and Other Events

With Homearama just around the corner, activity is picking up at Union Village.

Builders are finishing and staging 11 homes for the show while site work and planning for the two-week event are underway.

There are other events on the Union Village calendar, as well. Union Village’s first residents will cut a ceremonial ribbon Sept. 21. A ribbon-cutting will also mark the opening of LCNB and Union Village Sept. 24 during Music on Market Street.

“Homearama and everything that’s going on in October is the culmination of a lot of work and it has been years in the making,” Obringer said. “It’s great to see all of these things come together. We have a neighborhood taking shape and we couldn’t be more excited to showcase it.”

Private showings of Union Village homes and townhomes are available by calling Union Village Realty at (513) 409-3190. The Realty office is open throughout the week and Saturday and Sunday noon to 4 p.m. at 3855 Lower Market Street, Lebanon, Ohio 45036.
