Tree-Lined Streets Provide Inviting Entrance Along Bedel Street

Union Village developers took advantage of the fall weather to plant oak trees along Bedel Street, which will provide access to the community from Ohio 741.

Oak trees thrive in Ohio and will provide shade to future pedestrians at Union Village. The development is based on new urban design principles, including pedestrian-friendly street design and the ability to reach most of our daily needs within a 10-minute walk.

About 25 percent of the community will be green space, including a 200-acre greenway system of meadows, woodland parks and pathways connect to Armco Park and Warren County Sports Park. Hundreds of trees will be planted over the course of the development.

Information about moving to Union Village, including builders and floor plans, will be released in the coming weeks. To get notified, please subscribe to our updates.
