Ten Local Companies Selected to Build Homes at Union Village

Union Village Development Company has selected 10 local home builders to be part of the Union Village Guild, a select group of builders that will begin constructing new homes this winter in Warren County.

 The builders are:

  • Ashford Homes

  • Berkey Homes

  • Brookstone Custom Homes

  • Charles Simms Development

  • Generations Homes

  • J&K Custom Homes

  • Jason Schmidt Homes

  • Justin Doyle Homes

  • R.M. Clemens Company

  • Redknot Homes

These home builders will offer multiple plans for future residents to choose from. Interested homebuyers should start by completing a brief questionnaire. 

The Union Village Guild will also include designers and craftspeople who share a vision for creating a unique, 1,230-acre community based on the 10 Principles of New Urbanism.

 “It’s things like front porches, tree-lined streets, and the ability to walk to the corner store a block away that makes the project special,” said Project Manager Matt Obringer.

The site’s town architect, Michael Watkins, earned the 2015 Urban Planning John Russell Pope Award for the Union Village master plan. When completed, the development will include retail, restaurants and offices accessible via walkways and a 200-acre greenway system of meadows, woodland parks and pathways connecting to Armco Park and the Warren County Sports Park.
