First Model Home Completed at Union Village

Construction is complete on The Washington, a 4,000-square-foot home and the first model inside a unique community in Warren County.

Union Village is the only new development in southwest Ohio based on the 10 Principles of New Urbanism. An award-winning master plan aims to make it easy for residents to reach most of their daily needs within a 10-minute walk.

“Union Village residents will walk to the Union Building to check their mail, meet for coffee and enjoy both indoor and outdoor dining options,” said Union Village Project Manager Matt Obringer.

The Washington features a wraparound front porch, an apartment above the detached three-car garage and abundant space for a home office. The home was built by Brookstone Homes, a fifth-generation homebuilder based in Cincinnati.

Model homes will open this summer, followed by the 22,500-square-foot Union Building later this year. The Washington will be open Saturdays from noon to 2 p.m., starting Aug. 1.

Interested homebuyers are encouraged to browse Union Village real estate online to see home plans available in the first phase of the development. To schedule a private showing, individuals should call or text (513) 325-1082 or complete a brief questionnaire. During showings, safety protocols will be followed to prevent the spread of viruses.
