WCPO Reporter Lisa Smith followed up on progress at Union Village and the completion of the first home. She interviewed Union Village Project Manager Matt Obringer and Brookstone Homes Owner Shannon Lachenman.

“It’s just such a unique concept and it really brings kind of the family and the genre of everybody together more so than any community I’ve ever built,” Lachenman said during the interview. Union Village has been featured several times for the station’s Move Up Cincinnati series.
