Maria Rubin Joins the Team at Union Village

When Maria Rubin read about Union Village in the Dayton Daily News, she was immediately intrigued.

“We raised three young children in a similar community in Gaithersburg, Maryland,” Rubin said. “It was a simple lifestyle and a fun place for all of us.”

As the office manager at Union Village, Rubin is meeting visitors and welcoming new residents to the neighborhood. She’s looking forward to connecting homeowners with services and resources they may need at their new home. She’s also working with the Union Village team to create experiences like Music on Market Street and other events.

“It’s an amazing place to live and I can’t wait to see what’s next,” she said.

Rubin is a dog-lover and even owned a pet-care business. She is currently enrolled in courses to become a licensed real estate agent.
