Duplexes Offer a New Housing Option

Union Village is introducing a new housing option for people. Four, two-story duplex homes will be available for rent, soon. Like other Union Village homes, these new homes feature 10-foot ceilings, superior craftsmanship and authentic details.

Each home has two bedrooms and two and one-half baths. Quartz countertops and kitchen appliances are included. A large porch and rear courtyard provide outdoor living space. These homes will rent for $2,500 per month.

New Home and Townhome Construction Underway

Residents Enjoy Outdoor Living at Union Village

High-quality outdoor spaces are also an important aspect of the neighborhood. Currently, a pond is being stocked for fishing. There are six other parks throughout the neighborhood. A beautiful sunflower field has also been in bloom. Throughout summer, residents gathered each month for Music on Market Street, a series featuring live music, vendors, food and more.
