Drees Joins Homebuilders at Union Village Ohio

Northern Kentucky homebuilder Drees Homes has broken ground on new homes at Union Village Ohio.

The Warren County neighborhood comprises a variety of homes including one- and two-story homes, townhomes, and luxury duplexes within walking distance to a town square. In warmer months, live music draws a crowd to Union Village Square, where shops and restaurants will also be built. The master-planned community is based on the 10 Principles of New Urbanism.

“We are thrilled to be a part of the Union Village community and anticipate a swift beginning to our carefully crafted collection of new homes,” said Drees Homes Division President Mike Conklin. “Presently, construction of our Arden model and three market homes is underway. We expect the homes will be move-in ready by February or March of 2024.”

Drees’ initial offering features two floor plans starting in the high $400s. The Arden presents homeowners with the ease of one-level living while the Cardiff offers a family-friendly two-story design. Both plans offer a range of elevation choices and customizable options.

The company joins nine other builders constructing homes at Union Village. The Union Village Builder’s Guild includes: Ashford Homes, Berkey Custom Homes, Brookstone Custom Homes, Charles Simms Development, Generations Construction, J&K Custom Homes, JNB Custom Homes, Clemens Companies, and Second Story Homes.

“Drees has been great to work with in developing floor plans that fit the character of Union Village,” said Union Village Project Manager Matt Obringer. “Our partnership with Drees will expand our offering of homes and contribute to our goal of building a village that is truly unique.”

The Cardiff by Drees Homes

The well-designed Cardiff is an open, spacious home with a first floor owner’s suite and a spacious study. The Cardiff can be adapted from three to five bedrooms and two to four baths to meet a family’s size and lifestyle.

The Cardiff provides an open floor plan comprising the kitchen, living and dining areas, and a covered porch with optional fireplace provides more living space just outside.

The Arden by Drees Homes

The Arden offers stylish one-level living with a variety of options including several charming farmhouse exterior elevations. The Arden offers three to four bedrooms and two to four baths.

The highlight of the Arden is the open and spacious living area situated in the rear of the home. A covered rear porch with an optional fireplace extends living space during warmer months.
